As a seasoned coach and therapist I know that change-making work can be exhausting at times but hugely exhilarating at others. If you have lost your sense of purpose and your spark, I’ll help you to rekindle them, supporting you on practical, emotional and relational challenges. You can develop new perspectives, skills, and strategies, and a greater sense of agency so you can lead yourself and others with a clear head, a brave heart and steady feet, despite the current realities of our uncertain world.

I work confidentially and supportively with:

  • Change makers working with sustainability & social issues, helping them to build strong relationships and overcome barriers to progress;

  • Career changers yearning for a more meaningful & impactful career but don’t know what or how to make the transition;

  • Social entrepreneurs building new ventures in the service of a better more inclusive, equitable society and planet;

  • Communicators who want to engage others more skilfully on “climate”, especially when faced with denial or seeming indifference;

  • Activists and advocates working on the challenging front line, supporting their mental wellbeing and resilience;

  • Coaches who want to move their practice away from “business as usual” to coaching for people and planet first;

  • Business partners / small teams who want to reflect on their work together, consider how they manage the various demands, roles, and relationships. By learning more about each other through sharing their challenges and feelings they can find ways forward that don’t involve one or both burning out with the responsibility of it all;

  • And for those who want to get past possibly lifelong blocks that have been holding you back from feeling genuinely confident and courageous, I offer psychotherapeutic coaching - a transformational journey to deepen your self understanding, support you in healing trauma, improve your relationships, liberate you from the burden of self-doubt, bring joy back into your life, and re-ignite your spark.

I work both with people funded by their organisation and with those who come to me directly.

  • Typically for 1:1 and duo/ small team coaching sessions I coach by Zoom or in person, depending where you are based, over 1.5 hours, over 3-6 months, meeting every 2-3 weeks as needed, usually over 6 or more sessions.

  • For 1:1 psychotherapeutic coaching we might meet weekly to start with, then extend the time between sessions.

  • And for larger teams and groups it varies widely.
