As founder and leader of the company, my ongoing commitments include:

  • Speaking out and raising awareness about the climate, ecological and social crises that are driven by a "business as usual" model of rampant consumerism, constant growth and lack of connection to the wider Earth and all the diverse life forms we share it with.

  • Becoming a net-zero business by 2025, reducing general consumption and carbon emissions (both in business and personal life) and making a positive impact on biodiversity through our sponsorship of various environmental causes.

  • Providing regular, free emotional and psychological support to climate activists - many of whom take huge personal and social risks in speaking out, taking action - putting pressure on government and industry leaders to take remedial, large scale, urgent action.

Business has a significant role to play and I gladly support organisations at any stage in their journey. I love to work with people who want to regenerate our world and have a genuinely positive purpose and impact, and who do not put profit above people and planet. I do not work with "climate deniers" or organisations that continue to do significant harm with no view to making a credible plan to transition to a better way. Because there is a better way!

Run by an amazing, ambitious and passionate team, JUST ONE Tree is making a difference, and helping us to do the same. From May 2021 up to March 2024, Aspey Associates has planted 2,094 trees which have created rural employment, homes for wildlife and marine life AND which will absorb approximately 659.55 tonnes of CO2 as they grow! JUST ONE Tree has:

-a real focus on the right trees in the right place
-a passion for combating climate change and restoring biodiversity
-restoration projects both on land and in the oceans
-brought innovative, engagement environmental education into schools as well as businesses. .
