Linda Aspey - making sense of the world we’re in

I’m a leadership coach, facilitator, climate psychology specialist and psychotherapeutic counsellor.

I work with leaders, teams, organisations and communities, bringing psychological, emotional and relational insights and understanding to complex and often uncomfortable issues like climate change, biodiversity loss and social justice.

Through coaching, talks, facilitated workshops and discussion forums I help them to explore why - as people, businesses and society - we seem entrapped in the current inadequate ways and processes that are causing so much harm. To address our predicament we need to go beyond technical solutions and fixes and instead look to the heart of the matter; only when we do that can we unlock ourselves to apply wisdom and create systems and changes that will support a thriving world for all of life.

I help my clients to build resilient cultures that can have uncomfortable conversations that foster generative, emotionally intelligent thinking, and adaptive mindsets. I help them to communicate amongst customers and stakeholders that their care is genuine, and to champion collaboration, which all bring new energies for change.

And for individuals who want to get past the blocks that are holding you back from feeling genuinely confident and courageous, I offer psychotherapeutic coaching - a transformational journey to really deepen your self understanding, liberate you from self-doubt, and re-ignite your energies and presence.
